GJ's experience has had him based in both Auckland and New Plymouth. Over that time he has worked on small single lot subdivisions helping owners extract value from their land through to completing large lot subdivisions for leading developers.
He has a passion for being involved in projects and is always looking to develop new ideas. His love for projects has shown in recent years carrying out some of his own developments.
GJ gives a genuine and personal approach to all his projects. He is passionate in the well designed growth and development within the regions and strives to contribute towards this.
Outside of work you'll find GJ working on his own projects or out enjoying all that the region has to offer.
BRAD RAPLEY
Director | Architectural Designer
Brad has nine years of experience in architectural design, based between New Plymouth and Christchurch. His architectural experience includes designs in new homes, renovations and Homestar assessments. Brad was also involved in the residential repair and rebuild programmes following both the Christchurch and Kaikoura earthquakes, working with some of the country's leading insurance companies. During this time Brad moved into a lead design consultant role that required coordinating designs and solutions with project managers, consultants and councils.
Brad has a personable approach, and is driven to produce high quality design that not only meets the client's unique needs, but is clear and accurate for contractors to build from. He has a strong belief that a home needs to be specific to it's surrounding environment, designed and positioned to maximize what is around it.
Outside of work you'll find Brad spending time with his young family, working on his own home or now that his playing days are over, on the sideline at club rugby games.
