Burwood House

A spacious family home in Christchurch designed within restricted development covenants.

The owners brief was to maximize the available floor area while capturing the north and west facing aspects of the section. A cathedral ceiling in the family area allows for a light filled space with plenty of flow connecting with the outdoor areas of the site.

Symmetrical gables make a statement for the street elevation balanced by the flat roof between including a custom timber screen providing a complementary textured finish to the cedar and rendered cladding.
