The client wanted to begin the feasibility process of a potential build on a site they own. The triangular shaped site is a steep sloping section with a couple terraces elevated above neighbouring properties.

The task was to develop the ideas of the client and design a new home that maximized the elevated nature of the site and capture plenty of the available sun and views.

The nature of the site provided a challenge to design a well-functioning home within oddly shaped, steep site. Careful and well thought out design was done to balance the layout while being a private space from neighbours and make efficient use of the site and earthworks.

The client continues to work through the feasibility process with the Preliminary set of documentation prepared.
