GJ Pike
Director | Licensed Cadastral Surveyor ​
GJ's experience has had him based in both Auckland and New Plymouth. Over that time he has worked on small single lot subdivisions helping owners extract value from their land through to completing large lot subdivisions for leading developers.
​
GJ gives a genuine and personal approach to all his projects and is always looking to develop new ideas. Outside of work you'll find GJ working on his own projects or out enjoying all that the region has to offer.

Brad Rapley
Director | Architectural Designer | LBP
Brad has twelve years of experience in architectural design, with time between New Plymouth and Christchurch. His experience includes designs in new homes, renovations, earthquake repairs along with coordinating designs and solutions with project managers, consultants and councils.
Brad has a personable approach, and is driven to produce high quality design that not only meets the client's unique needs, but is clear and accurate for contractors to build from. ​
Outside of work you'll find Brad spending time with family, working on his own home, watching sport or on the golf course.

Laura Parsons
Architectural Technician
Laura joined Delaco in 2021 after graduating from the Victoria University of Wellington with a BAS, majoring in Architecture. She has gained professional experience working on a range of residential projects, involving designs in new builds and renovations.
She has a passion for residential design and creating spaces that blend functionality, aesthetics and personal style together to enhance everyday experiences.
Outside of work you’ll find Laura enjoying time outdoors and spending time with friends and family
